VERY Puffy. It's exactly what I was looking for. The picture isn't kidding. If you're looking for a super puffy and short petticoat, this is the one to get.

The chiffon mini petticoat I bought for daughters dance costume. It arrived in a very timely manner and looked very cute - just like picture. The waistband elastic "turns" a little so I tacked it down on sides and now it stays put! Great product. Would buy from seller again!

For what it is, it's a good costume. It's flattering and fits true to size...but don't try to wash or iron it! If you wash it, it comes out insanely wrinkly, even if you use that downy wrinkle release spray. The iron melts it. And, even handwashing it, the zipper broke after I wore it once. You know, the kind of break where you reach for something and it splits open, never to zip again? Thank God it didn't happen the day of the event I wore it to! So, in conclusion, wear this once out of the box and throw it away. P.S. Definitely get the petticoat for underneath and some ruffled panties, or you will moon everyone!

It fits very nice, I'm 5'2 and 150 and the large fits nice and comfy but I could have probably gotten a medium. Like they said short, so I recommend a petticoat just because it makes it have more omf to it. Very comfy too! I can see me being able to wear this all night without being aggravated by it.

im 5'6 and 145 lbs, the medium fits perfectly, the arm bands are velcro, so you can detach it if ur arms are thick, the outfit is short, so u probably have to wear short shorts underneath
