don't bother... customer service was dreadful. They do not return phone calls. It took me three weeks to receive an E-Mail, after leaving many phone messages.

Apart from this costume being very expensive, there are a few things that need to be mentioned. "One size fits all" does not mean what it should. I'm 5'7", medium build, and the velcro closures could not keep the costume closed. The ears on the mask would not stay up. They were constantly flopping over. Finally, and this is the real kicker, the right hand of the suit had a left hand . So, the suit had two left hand "gloves". Very disappointed with this costume.

Got this item and the item is made extremely well. Paint job is done very well. The bunny suit looks like a bunny suit. If I had any problems it would be like the reviewer below me said was that the voice is tough to make out and not that great. Other than that this is a great item that I recommend.
